I had such a great experience at this studio. Gustavo and Kylie were both amazing from start to finish. Super professional, welcoming, and genuinely talented. They made me feel comfortable the whole time, listened carefully to my ideas, and executed the design perfectly. The studio itself was clean, organized, and had a really nice vibe. I’m beyond happy with my tattoo and will definitely be back. Highly recommend them.

I’ve gotten three amazing tattoos from Camille at Certified and everytime I’ve walked out blown away by her attention to detail and skill. I’ll tell her my idea and then she create something that is even better than I had in mind. She’s friendly, methodical, and gifted. Patrick is always so welcoming and makes the check in and check out process easy, and is great to talk to during breaks. I couldn’t recommend Certified more.

My niece and I decided to get matching tattoos for her upcoming birthday, so we stopped by Certified the night before—just a few minutes before closing—for a consultation. Patrick at the front desk was incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk us through everything and even setting up our appointment for the very next day, despite it being so close to closing time. The following day, Bryce was our artist. He was knowledgeable, patient, and more than willing to adjust the size, refine the details, and add the colors we decided on at the last minute. Throughout the appointment, Bryce made sure both my niece and I were comfortable, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything and ensuring we were happy with every step of the process. He truly made the experience enjoyable. The shop was spotless, and we appreciated being able to watch the setup process—something other places I’ve been to didn’t allow. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’m already planning to get two more tattoos in the next few months, and I’ll definitely be going back to Bryce!

Desi was absolutely amazing with my 4-year-old daughter. We had a hard time finding someone comfortable piercing a little one’s ears, and from the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease. She walked us through every step of the process, explained everything in a way my daughter could understand, and made it such a positive experience. What made it even more special is that this was for my daughter’s birthday, and Desi truly helped make the day unforgettable. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism really stood out. I’m so grateful we found her — we couldn’t have asked for a better first ear-piercing experience!

Walking in to the this location the receptionist Kylie was very friendly. Offering us beverages, and checking in on us while we waited. Even after they took us back. Desi the piercer was very communicative explaining to us what was going to happen when it was going to happen and what was going to happen after. She walked us through the whole process. Very patient with us answering our questions and concerns. Very light handed when she did the piercings. If I could offer more stars I would !
